Frontend Software Architect

As a Front-End Architect at When I Work, I am responsible for overseeing the design of all front-end applications, including defining and creating technical standards for tools and code. I provide strong technical leadership and support to different product front-end teams, while also helping them work together better. I create technical documentation and processes for existing and future technologies, fostering collaboration to accelerate growth. I have a strong desire to improve existing processes and solve problems at scale, while keeping solutions as simple as possible. I collaborate with other developers and their teams to learn about pain points and determine solutions that can be made available. I enjoy solving complex and difficult problems, but understand the importance of delivering solutions that work and balancing the needs of our customers.
